So we’re sheltered at home. Still.
In times like these, we book lovers comb the shelves, eager for a happy escape.
You know the kind. “Comfort reads,” we call them — with all the feels and satisfied sighs. Including the all-important happy ending.
Heartwarming stories that bring a smile.
I just might have you covered.
Now through April 27th, the Kindle editions of our Austen Anthologies are marked down to 99 cents each.
If you subscribe to Kindle Unlimited, the news is even better, because both A Very Austen Valentine and A Very Austen Christmas are enrolled.
Great idea! Glad you thought of it. lol

And I’m glad you were jumped at the chance to give home-bound readers a break.
A win-win.
And a spot was open on Book Cave, which means new readers can enjoy what we do.
Win-win-win.

I read and enjoyed both those stories. Generous of you to make them more available to readers.

Robin and I were excited to discover that we were near the end of a promotional term — we had Countdown days waiting for both books. It’s use them or lose them. So why not give quarantined readers a happy escape?
As for me doing any writing during Quarantine, ha. I’m teaching middle school History online, five days a week. It’s busywork on steroids!
I am grateful for the chance to learn how Google Classroom works. These days I don’t tackle new tech unless I will use it repeatedly. I’m surely doing that now.
Six more weeks of school, and then I’ll be back at Beyond Austen, finishing my forlorn works-in-progress.
Stay safe, Sheila. Thank you, sincerely, for your support.
